I’m Back (Again): My Commitment to Our Community and My Coaching Mission

Hi, I’m MC, do you remember me? 😀 I am very excited to be back and fully focused on what I love to do: supporting awesome women like you.

At the start of 2025, I rerelaunch my website and announced my intention to re-engage with our community. As happens in life, my year took a necessary detour. Successfully navigating a significant career transition demanded my full energy. For someone who strives to prove she can "do it all," accepting that I needed to focus on one area at a time was a crucial lesson in self-awareness and sustainable growth. I am grateful I honored that necessary season of focus.

The Mission is Clear: Building a Legacy

So, what’s different now? Clarity.

I am now firmly anchored in the mission to grow my coaching and consulting business over the next five years. This renewed sense of purpose and the defined path for the next phase of my professional life have completely recharged my focus.

Deep down, I know this work is my calling. For me, blogging and community engagement—a lifeline I’ve maintained since 2018 through life's biggest challenges and wins—is the essential platform for connection.

However, stepping back out to create new content and restart engagement did bring one of my oldest fears to the surface: What if I put myself out there, and no one is ready to engage? What if no one wants to work with me?

This time, my commitment is stronger than my fear. I am moving past the "what ifs" and focusing on the "I cans." I can use my voice. I can connect with amazing women. I can provide the high-value guidance my coaching clients deserve.
